A Publication of Seattle Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans

I am not one to re -invent the wheel. So I have borrowed ideas here and there to put this website together. It is amazing how generous people are with their help for writing Cascading Style Sheets. The bare bones of this site can be found in the Floatutorial  at MaxDesign,

The photo gallery comes from a design at  Stu Nicholls' CSSplay where there are many simple designs like the one I used. And many complex ones I'm not ready for yet. Many of Stu's designs can be used without permission. If you want to see what you can do with Cascading Style Sheets, go to CSS Zen Garden , or the CSS Trappist Monastery, where different designers have taken the same words and done many radically different things with them using CSS. You can use the style sheets here to start your own page, too, but not the graphics.

Any of the photos not otherwise attributed are from istockphoto.com, where you can get photos of suitable size and resolution for a website for $1. Which is good, because I find this, no matter how well written, visually boring.

All of us here at Cross-Quarters would like to thank the people who have submitted their writing and art to us, even if we didn't publish it. Maybe next time, who knows.

I would also like to thank my dog for being patient as I spent long hours at the computer. Gimme some doggie kisses, Friday.
